Dr. Cornelius Alders

Dr. Cornelius Alders, born 1984, studied business administration at Berlin School of Economics and Law (B.A.2007) and law at Heidelberg University (Dr. iur. 2017).

Dr. Alders initially worked for a major international law firm, practice group private clients (succession, assets, family trusts). Accordingly, his practice focuses on inheritance law, inheritance tax law and succession planning with all related legal issues. Furthermore, he represents our clients in criminal tax matters and fiscal court proceedings up to German Federal Fiscal Court (Bundesfinanzhof), currently in complex cum/ex cases.

Dr. Alders has a research focus on non-profit law. He holds a doctorate degree in non-profit law from Heidelberg University (Die partiell gemeinnützige Person, 2018) and advises several non-profit corporations.
