About us<\/h2>
We are a partnership of tax consultants and attorneys based in Frankfurt am Main and have a focus on medium-sized businesses (so-called ``Mittelstand``). We advise in the classic areas of tax consulting and tax planning, corporate and contract law, mergers and acquisitions, investment and banking supervision law as well as inheritance and gift law. One industry focus is advising securities trading firms and financial service providers.<\/p>\n

Our firm goes back to one of the oldest tax firms in Frankfurt am Main. Experienced tax consultants and lawyers work together in our law firm. This enables us to offer our clients comprehensive and interdisciplinary one-stop advice. We are supported by a team of qualified employees with several years of professional experience.<\/p>\n

Workflows are constantly adapted to digital innovations. Thanks to our own IT expertise, new tools can be quickly tested, deployed or discarded. The focus remains on the personal needs of our clients.<\/p>\n
